Photo planning software

I am looking for some software to use as a planner so I can add wildlife events. The sort of thing I’m looking to add is butterfly flight times, plant flowering times, stuff like that. It’s not for specific date events, like the Bird Fair, a diary works fine for that.

This is so I can look at the next couple of weeks and plan what/where to go. Rather than look at the forums and think ‘I should have been there’

This is something that would develop over the year, to gave a plan for next year.

Anyone got something like this, or any ideas

I would have thought you could either use the calendar in outlook or set up an excell spreadsheet , rather than need special software.

you might also find it easier to just use a year planner on the wall
