Is this place any good? I just won a competition at work and opted out of the Porsche for a week, settling for 750 boys worth of vouchers. Can be used at Jessops or LCE as well as other high street stores.
We dont have one here. Anybody know of them? Are they any good?

I've never actually used them myself but I know a few folk who have and they were all pretty impressed, mostly with the selection and price.
The nearest one to me is in Nottingham. |

They are not very competitive on prices probably dearer than Jessops.

I Bought my Nikon Coolpix 4500 through them at a very competitive price (£250) , and have had no problems at all.

yeah their price structure varies quite a bit from store to store , I've also found them to be more open to negotiation on price than jessops. Last time i went there (to the london base) they had a stoming selection of second hand kit too

I agree the prices vary from store to store Bath shop being the meanest(tourists)
Their Bristol shops are more helpful when I wanted to order by post one manager offered to drop it in as it was on his way!

That may be why the Derby store prices are rrp and have few if any reductions. I never see anyone in the store and wonder how they manage to pay the staff.

The Nottingham one is a mirror of the Derby one, i.e. high prices! They are good for second hand items. It's been quite a while since I've dealt with them. |

I use them. They gave me a cracking deal on my swaro scope and lens combo, a good couple of hundred off the best prices out there! They don't always offers these deals but if you catch them at the right time they will do, they also help with some of the Essex Wildlife Trust events, Optics days, etc.
Congrats on the win, better than a car for the day any time!
