| | | Clumber Park I had a really good afternoon at Clumber Park today.
One area we've found is proving to be a real treat with loads of birds and insect life around just asking to be photographed.
Here's a few of the shots I got today.
A teneral blue tailed damselfly.
Loads of flies of course.
Now the birds. All these shots where taken from the same spot.
As well as these we also saw a pair of Lapwings with two young, skylarks, Grey Heron, Cormorant, Swans, three groups of Mallards with young,Coots and Moorhens with young, yellow wagtails, pied wagtail, yellow hammer, a group of 10 Linnets all bathing, 6 goldfinches also bathing. All this without moving out of sight of our car. |

I wish I could find somewhere you could get the variety of shots shown here without walking. My old legs feel it at the end of a day out. |
