| | | Giottos Monopod I have just had delivered, and have been trialling this weekend, a Giottos monopod. I have to say that it really is a versatile piece of kit and far less restricting than a tripod.
Its carbon fibre and actually a lot greater in diameter than I thought it would be, but nice and sturdy for the 100-400 IS.
Practising macro around the garden the larger diameter gives more confidence and, in summary, I have to say that I am pretty chuffed.

Not sure what the pirate thing is by the way?
