Good luck

and if you are really lucky and the sun is shining after rain, try to get an angle so the sun glints off the rain drops.
it looks like either you are getting slightly too close or cropping too tight, this is not a criticism but a bit of advice either that or you focus is shot
one tip i would give is learn as much as you can about the camera you are using, read the manual over and over and try different techniques and while you are doing this save your money and buy a better camera at your first opportunity, the knowledge you will learn from constant testing is time well spent for when you get the camera you dream about. take the camera everywhere with you, you never know when you are going to see something good to shoot.
The good thing about photography is at your age you are only going to get better with time, the more you see the more you want to photograph. if it looks right to you, photograph it and see what people think. never be discouraged by criticism, comment and criticism can be used as a tool to improve your techniques. like all the above have said, take this and use it to get better photo's.
tbh I wish I could go back 30 years to when I was 15, i was too busy listening to rock music and growing my hair long
good luck, Nick.

Ken | And something with which to stabilize a long stemmed flower.
Old ariel, Lekki walking pole etc. Stake it in the ground out of shot, and hook
a bent paperclip around the stem on a rubber band. Can make windy
conditions acceptable.
Personally I prefer a remote control to self timer; but its likely that
an old codger like me has greater buying power !!! | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
