Wow that pic is amazing....
I can see:
* a bird (Between the tyranosaurus's head & the small chubby face)
*An ear (Between the face and the text 'large winking face')
*a Cyclops (Below the ear)
*an alien type thing with a bionic eye, a harry potter scar & a tusk/fang coming out of its mouth (right of the cyclops)

There was something strangely familiar ..... then I realised it was upside down. Rotate it 180 degrees, a bit of highlighting ... ah yes ... it's the mother-in-law !!!
