Welcome. You must have got quite close to these quaint birds. The shots are super, especially the one with a beak full of sand eels. It's a pity they are in danger now through lack of that food. |

I like very much Jake - excellent pictures!
I've only been to the Farnes in August when the puffins are a bit noticeable by their absence, although we did see a few flying low over the sea. I'd love to get there in the breeding season. Might try this year at the end of June.

Hi Jake, that's a great set of pictures. I must have been about your age when I first saw puffins, they were nesting so we could not get so close. Welcome to WAB, hope to hear a lot more from you! |
