I don't know if any of you read PP magazine, but a couple of months ago they had an article about macro photography. At the end, they asked readers to send in a macro shot that they were particularly proud of.
Well, I sent in a photo and I am very pleased to say they printed it in the February edition! Now, I know it is only small and in the letters section, but the fact that they printed it at all is fairly miraculous.
I feel really pleased  and would like to thank my fellow WABbers for giving me encouragement and advice over the years. It seems to be working

Thanks, Nick. It was a nice surprise because I did not expect them to print it. I am sure they received much better photos than mine.

I'm a subscriber and my copy came yesterday. I hadn't opened it until I saw this thread. Well done you - it's a lovely shot and something a bit different from the norm so I'mm not surprised they printed it. Congrats!

It is already in the Image Archive - I posted it last year. Actually it looks better on the screen than in print, because it seems more translucent. Here it is...
