Anything I translate is mine, the translated piece belongs to the customer but the translation is copyrighted.
Is it different with photos?
I'd be up in arms if someone printed my stuff then refused to return the manuscript.

Thank you very much for your comments, however the rules of the competition clearly stated that all entered images could not be water marked etc.....

The British Waterways only claimed use of the wining images, or at least that was my interpertation of them. The use was "Non Exclusive" so you could still use your images as you see fit.

Sorry, moving back to the original thread, just like Jenny we have run our own Ltd company from home for the past seven years now. Its not unusual for registered office addresses to be a home address.

Anyway I'm searching for images to capture and enter, how's everyone else getting along ?????
