| | | Birdguides Picture of the Week for PMG......... I think I better 'fess up' having received a couple of 'guessing emails' from folk here as to whether I have won Pick of the Week on Birdguides.com..... well yes I have  with a moody shot of a Manx Shearwater flying over a rough sea.........It was taken from the boat on the way over to the isles back in June and the start of a cracking holiday - a thread with pics I will start soon when I can get this daft machine of mine to stop timing out when I'm uploading

Thanks Mrs fish - I'm still trying to upload the few remaining pics from our hols - and that is one - machine had a mad-un and loaded the three badgers all in one go but that must have cream crackered it cos its refused since then to do anything! If you can;t wait to see manxie then google Birdguides.com and click on the red rosette for POTW

Pauline | As you know Pauline, I was one of those "guessing emails" having spotted your excellent photo of a Manxie on the BirdGuides website.
Well done again on your photo of a bird in its marine environment  .
My views of Manxies are usually very distant through a telescope so getting a photo like this is a great achievement.
I look forward to seeing your trip report and photos.
