| | | Connecting a Kowa TS613 to a compact Hello, I've just bought a wonderful s/h scope, a Kowa TS613 and want to try digiscoping with my Ricoh compact. Its a Caplio and takes a mean photo at 8M pixels.
Having just bought the scope I cant spend a fortune on a mount, does anyone have any recommendations as to the best way to go please? I'll post the (good) results on the forum, honest! |

If so, then it's a simple matter of getting the Kowa DA1 adapter complete with correct size adapter ring. You don't say which eyepiece you have, but if you have a zoom, you will also need the zoom extension ring.
If you can't screw on accessories, then you can use the Kowa DA4 adapter.
The beauty of the Kowa accessories is that they screw directly onto the threaded collar at the base of the eyepiece mount, so there is no stress placed on the eyepiece itself.
