| | Woe is me - no E-3! Today, the weather has been lovely in my garden .
I've seen lots of assorted insects that I haven't seen so far this year .
I've seen a pair of buzzards 'stooging' around at quite a low altitude - I haven't seen any round here for a month or so .
Today, my E-3 has been sent back to Olympus to have a fault repaired .
I'm told it will be 2 -3 weeks before I get it back (or longer - I've dealt with Olympus before!) .
I had to sell my E-510 twin lens kit to get the E-3 body, so have no spare I can use and no funds to get a 2nd hand Olympus body of any sort .
It's going to be a long "2 - 3 weeks".......
Sorry - just had to get that one off my chest !

Look on the bright side, you'll be able to use your grip when your E3 returns.
Please let me know how long the repair takes.

Never thought I'd be so lost without my camera though .

| | | Re: Woe is me - no E-3! Thanks for the sympathy all - cheered up a little now!
Unfortunately I'm the only one in my family that does photography, otherwise I'd be on my knees right now grovelling to borrow camera kit .
Dave - I'll pm you when I get it back and let you know how long they kept it for!
Thanks all once again.
