Anyone wants to make nature/wildlife documentary?

Hi all,
I would like to gather a group of people interested in making something a bit like the kind of travel, pics and movies showing on TV.
It would mean:
Select a wildlife/nature location/route.
Get the right equipment (photo/video/sound...).
Get a couple of guides.
Share the costs and weight and fun!

I all travelers take pics of what they see but that would be a step further: to take better pics and make some fun movies.

Further possibilities: sell of the result to the big guys.

I don't know much about all this concept (I traveled a bit though) so any help from you guys who know would be great!

What is sure is that I want to keep it fun and without big constraints.
