Uploading to the gallery

I uploaded a few pictures a couple of days ago.

They haven't appeared in the Gallery and I haven't received any emails to say they were rejected.

After uploading there was a message saying that they were awaiting moderation so it looks like they were uploaded ok.

Not sure what to do now. Should I try again or wait a bit longer to see if they appear?

I normally get a yes or no within 24 hours, often within 1 hour. Have a look under Gallery/My Photos and see if they are there.

If not, I can only suggest that you double check that your images are the correct size and format then try again. Check that you enter all the details correctly and see what happens.

I think it was because I didn't include the latin name. Its been ages since I last uploaded anything and I'm sure there used to be a seperate box for this. As there is only one now I didn't bother but after reading the instructions I found that you put both names in the same box.

I re-uploaded them with the proper descriptions and they duly appeared in the Gallery!
