Walking from the Boat House towards Kysons point, follow the path past the slipways until just before it comes to quite a sharp right hand bend.
The Kingfisher was sitting in the trees down in the dip on the right hand side, it looks like there's a small stream/watercourse there.
We saw the bird on the way out and on the way back, we were too slow to get any pics the second time though.
We chatted to an elderly gent who told us he also sees the Kingfisher most days when he walks his dogs.
I hope you get the opportunity to see it.
