Digiscopes

I am looking into the possibility of using my 400d with a scope. Any advise would be more than helpful.

it can be done - DSLR camera digiscoping adaptors are available - however there may be problems with vignetting and also maneuverability - most digiscopers prefer a compact with a swivel screen - the nikon coolpix 4500 used to be favorite but they dont make them anymore.

Hi Stonflo,

I've got a Kowa 823 and I've got a DSLR adapter that screws in place of the eyepiece and then fits onto my canon 350d it converts it into an 800mm manual focus telephoto lens mind you they aren't cheap about £150. The main advise I'd give you is get a scope with good quality glass and an 80mm object lens as it will let in more light.
