I use Olmec 230gsm Heavyweight Matt if you want to make notes on the calendar or Permajet 300gsm if for display only.

Staples stores offer a metal spiral bind with hanger, clear plastic front sheet, card backing sheet (pretty much a pro appearence) for around £4-5. Tell you exactly how much tomorrow as I have 9 to do. Last year the price was around a tenner including printing but I print my own.
