| | | Photo locations in the yorkshire dales Hi everybody I'm off to the dales next friday for a week of photography, and I was wondering if amybody would like to suggest photographic locations / view points for me to try. ( I will be shooting mainly landscape with a 20D and a Mamiya 645)
Many Thanks

| | | Re: Photo locations in the yorkshire dales Eeyore. I think you'll have photo opportunities wherever you travel in Yorkshire. It's been a few years since we've been there but just about everywhere you go there's brilliant scenery, especially in the dales. My favourite would be around Malham, Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and also around Bolton Abbey and the Strid.
Another place, but the name escapes me(someone will know),is where Robin of Loxley(Kevin Kostner) had his encounter with Little John in the river, in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves.Just remembered-Aysgarth Falls. Beautiful area. The water is freezing and crystal clear. I could go on but I'm sure others will fill you in on the best. Hope you have a great trip and really look forward to seeing your photos. Have a great time eeyore.
