canvas prints

i am interested in getting some photos to large format canvas prints, any suggestions/recommendations (allowed?) gratefully received. probably 2ft square is all i can afford atm lol

or am i better getting normal prints framed, still large format

pros and cons please

canvas prints are more striking and generally do not need to be behind glass but on the other hand are more expensive.

I will pm you with the name and phone number of the guys i use for prints both canvas and normal as i'm not sure we should be posting reccomendations on the boards

i was very pleased wiith the20"x13" enlargement,that was printed on canvas by www. photoartistry.co.uk i was so pleased i try a few of the other mounts.

Hi Eeyore, could you kindly send me a pm with the same info pls ? We too have a few of my pics we'd like in A3 size and 1 for canvas. I took your advice on maybe not buying an A3 printer immediately, but to use a third party service first.

My company prints digitaly direct on to canvas, I don't think I am allowed to put info on here, however if anyone is interested I can pm anyone with the details if thats allowed?

Hi everyone,

Found the forum after searching for some info on photography of Otters in the North East.

I wont mention any names as it would seem against the ethos of the forum being non commercial. With regard to canvas prints, this is something that my family business does - other photographic gifts also. If anybody is still interested please PM me for details.
