I cant believe that no tv company has made a major photography based program with it being such a popular pass time.They could have different sections for say wildlife,landscape,people photography and have special guest pros to give advice  |

It does seem to be one major hobby that has never received any TV coverage as far as I can remember. Strange.

there has been a couple that touch on the subject. eg. Wildlife Photographer by Andy Rouse shown on channel 5 and animal planet.

Does anyone know of any Podcasts from international TV compaines on the subject of photography? I know Scott Kelby does a weekly on Photoshop. Cheers Karl.

Ah well there was one recently but I'm not sure if it was aired in England and Wales. It was by Charlie Waite titled 'Seeing Scotland'. Charlie covered Landscapes/sunset/sunrise, People, Places, Mountains, special techniques, Composition and of course Wildlife (along with Laurie Campbell). The series was about 30 minutes each episode of 6. It is available on DVD and is well worth it. | | |
