| | | Re: Who has a Bigma -POLL- I tend to agree that a tripod increases your hit rate , but I do a lot of action and find the tri[od difficult tolug aboutand restrictive to free movement - i sometimes carry a manfroto mono pod bu more often just use a bean bag and a convenient post/tree/wall/mate/girlfreind
as soon as i get the wodge i'm buying a Pump and putting all this tripod malarkey to bed once and for all

The Giottos MT8170 - a fantastic bit of kit.
Its down from £249 to £189, a good price and left some over to buy a Manfrotto 701 RC2 and a 401N Quick Action Strap
Nice

| | | Re: Who has a Bigma -POLL- I pretty much always have a tripod with me anyway for my other love of Landscapes. So 98% of Bigma shots are with a tripod. Only had the Bigma a short while and already love it to bits. highly recommended piece of glass
Cheers

But what is a pump.lol...? gez | the Canon 100-400 IS L lens, so-called because of its 'pump action' zoom (i.e. push-pull rather than twist).
