Jeff is, as we would expect, absolutely on the nail as regards the WCA legislation - access rights make no difference to disturbance legislation

one further thing to point out is that you dont have an automatic right to photograph anything from a footpath anyway - the existence of a statuatory right of way only gives you the right to walk (or cycle/ride in the case of bridleways) on the definitive line - it makes no permission for any other activity

btw that isa great shot - very well done , and IMO the square crop works well , in fact might it be worth trying it a little tighter still ?
