And very heavy to use, I had the 600 for a while but it was too heavy for me to take around. |

I have obtained a 500 mirror lense,T2 mount,for the price of the first two digits of the cannon 500!
I am not saying that the quality would match but for the odd shot .......
and it is light

Is it worth going for the convertor with the 100-400? I should probaby go down that road, rather than the new lens road.
