Lacewing/ladybird hotels - do they work?
Do these actually work?

I not just thinking of commercially available ones, but also home-made insect hibernation homes created from, for example, old plastic drinks bottles lined with rolled-up corrugated cardboard

It would be interesting to hear your thoughts!
