bumble bee parasites in garden nest - anything I can do?

Hi, I've got a nest of red tailed bumble bees (I think). One by one they are coming out of the nest infected with little wormy creatures that seem to be eating each one alive. It's been going on for a week now and there are one or two each day. Is there anything I can do?

Only watch and wonder, and record what you see, would be my thoughts.

"little wormy creatures" is not a very accurate description! Can you be more specific? A picture would help.

There is no need to do anything. These are wild animals, and they do not need any kind of veterinary attention. It's quite normal for bees to be infected by various parasites. The main thing is to grow lots of flowers for the bees to feed on, and to ensure their nests are left undisturbed.
