Just using suet blocks and fat balls - just for future planning

Morning all, can I just ask is there any issues with just leaving out seeds from the feeder, as you can see from my previous thread the locals dont seem to take much of the seed in, though they do show strong interest in it, I will probably try other seed types before taking any drastic action, just want to find the consequences.
