Thanks kindly - Jez | ok,river cottage have a web site called landshare, where if your looking for somewhere
to grow veg ect you can put in a request through the latter for any ground that anyone in the area that you have speciefied has land you can use or share with them, On that site people ask for spare land, and people offer spare land or share an allotement, just wondered if anyone had had any luck finding a plot through the landshare site regards nodge |

| | | Re: landshare scheme? I hadn't come across this before so thanks for posting about it.
I have too much garden and too little time so I've often thought about offering some of it to someone else to grow veg etc. I might try this landshare scheme. |

| | | Re: landshare scheme? I didnt find it a palavar, just that i registered just b4 xmas, and also enquired about a couple of plots and tree planting as a volunteer, and have up to yet had no replys,
perhaps im expecting too much, but i would have thought that out of courtesy an acknowledgement would have been nice,
I take it as soon as the weather sorts it self out that trees can be planted this time of year? must be ok as we planted trees for the bbc tree oclock record on the 5th Dec |

I can see where your coming from, maybe it's due to the time of year when pepes where buying and celebrating and not going there but some acknowledgement is always appreciated either way! I wish you the best of luck for the future and if you could give a link to the landshare scheme would be grateful as it seems such a get together beneficial scheme where everyone benefits from a great collective ideal!!
