| | | Water Fern just appeared?? Hi,
While looking at my pond last night I spotted some water fern, which I read is highly invasive and will take over if not removed asap. My pond has been there since May and hasn't had anything added for a couple of months.
Is it possible that this came in on birds or even animals for that matter? It's weird that it seems to have suddenly appeared - not in huge lumps but only just become noticeable. Does it perhaps sit dormant and this time of year is ideal conditions?
Thanks for any ideas

It would be worth removing all the bits you can see as once it get going it can increase very rapidly! Quote:

Have already removed the bits I can see, I'd best keep an eye on it for a while | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
