| | | Re: Unidentified plant - help Thanks Jez,
After looking at those, I'd say mine was the same plant...so it is NLB or closely related to NLB. Doesn't look much like the NLB pics I found on the internet though.
I don't see many flower buds on yours, and the one I think I see is not surrounded by lots of other flowers. I think yours in not in the full sun so maybe why it is behind mine in flowering.
The sap is magnolia colour which is a creamy off-white colour.
We'll have to wait to see what happens. I'll update the thread when it finally does something. |

| | | Re: Unidentified plant - help Mine are in deep shade at the back of my spinney about 20 of them in all I reckon some are closer to others but all the shots taken were in macro and didn't pick out the rest. Stands a good reason why they are behind with there flowers though saying that my garden aswell even though in a sunnier spot always flowers late!
Glad the pics helped and look forward to the updates!

| | | Re: Unidentified plant - help Sorry for late reply,
I was visiting the forum today so decided to update this thread.
I have pics of it in flower somewhere, but won't be uploading them today.
The flowers were white bell-flowers, so I would say it is a "white flowered NLB" |
