| | | Is it safe to use fungicide near a pond? Close to my wildlife pond, I have a Strawberry Tree, about 9ft tall, which appears to have got a disease. The leaves have circles and spots on them and they drop off. I found some info on the net which suggests using fungicide. I've always managed without chemicals but I'm wondering if this is the only way to save the tree (every leaf is affected). It is slightly above the pond so I'm worried about possible run-off. I'd like to save the tree as it provides shade for the pond and a bit of privacy for us. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |
