I'd like to join in. I've got 2 sunflowers growing, one is a lanky one which looks about 2ft tall and the other one got damaged earlier and now has two stalks, a bit shorter. Both have only just been planted out after being in containers in the greenhouse.  |

I am not happy. 
In my garden I have;
Blackbirds
Slow worms
Frogs
Badgers
So how come they all missed the slimey so-and-so that ate my sunflower's
head off last night? 
I am now down to ONE plant. Thinking of connecting it up to the National Grid ........... |

I've got 14 in and so far they are untouched after two nights. Hopefully the dry weather will keep the slimeballs away. |
