Am I too late to join in? I would love to have a go at this as I've never grown one before either. Should be interesting! I can get lots of chicken poo from my brother coz he's got lots of the stuff! LOL

I think I'll germinate mine soon in a dish then put them in peat pots until the risk of frost has passed (late April?) then plant them out in tubs or in the ground, the better the soil the better the plant. Understand farmyard manure is good for 'em... |

After all, the local birds are spreading my hoilly trees around nicely
