Cheap seeds from Lidl

I saw in lidl today, fatballs, seeds, robin nest boxes, peanut feeders, and bacon and eggs and stuff !

a tip from Lidl, Aldi, Hofer etc in Europe Pop the seeds (in packet) into the fridge for 3-5 days before using. All these companies advise this over there, I haven't seen them do so here.

It's a decent of them to place in the tip, but what good it does for the seed I'm not sure for such a short period as lots of seeds need different requirements. Good seed storage should have a air temperature of <5c for longer periods to prevent molding and germination, though as said before the Lidl/Aldi stores I have been in are rather cool anyway. It's usually seeds in garden centres which are basically commercial green houses that fry the seed under the heat of the sun for long durations that are less potent to grow!

It's NOT true caviar it's the roe of Merluccius merluccius Hake. But still tasty.

we shop at Lidls often, but, like everything else in life Its personel choice. What one person buys, another would not. So, pick the bargains & I'm sure you'll be satisfied. There r some items that r rubbish, so just go elsewhere. But by & large, Lidls Is very good value.

well it does, sort of. Its got Seehecht on it somewhere, which is Hake. the black version is much tastier than the red. And for some reason looks better (??)
I think the red is splakewendigo roe or pos seatrout I'll have a look in the morning gotta get my Bratwurst, emmentaler and sundried tommies.
