It looks ok to me, but I hate to think how much it would cost.
It looks like wildlife could get in and out depending on the pond design, I think some of the frames have raised sides to allow for wildlife access.
I have made something similar with a wooden frame and green coated wire to keep the dog out. This is a lot cheaper too. |

My brother in laws pond has a similar arrangement, metal frames and mesh
made and fitted by a local engineering works for around £300.

Measure the size of the pond and get a quote,explaining what you need the guard to do most light engineering shops are experienced and helpful.
Show them the original(but not any prices)

Good idea - just need to finish the pond first. The baby is only 1 month old so no danger yet. |

Try asking at London wildlife Trust or BTCV (both York Way, Kings X - London) I've still got the BTCV number somewhere but have gone blank for the mo  They might know of somebody who could do one for you cheaply or for a donation? |
