Maybe if it sign petitions and send to the governement something could be done. Well things are advancing, now most of people know at least what a green wild area is for, but it should be more effort from people who really want to protect fauna and flora.
Other nasty things are the gardeners.... Have you seen how they destroy the wild areas because of the boring urban esthetic??
Parks with green areas are always cutting grass and cutting bushes. I could understand that in the middle of London, they want an urban esthetic, but why they do the same in rural zones where that is not important, like alleways, rondabouts in little towns, etc
They cut all flowers (not food for moths or butterflies) to have a boring green grass and what it is still worst, they destroy the neast of birds.
It should be possible to gardeners go by holidays by two months? At least leave the birds rise their chickens!!! | If you really think politicians will take notice of petitions , I wish you luck , but I think you are generalising a bit about parks and gardeners
