Borrowing day's

As it is coming up to the end of March, folklore tells that the last three days of March are called "Borrowing Day's" and no seeds should be planted. The weather is often windy and stormy at this time and tradition has it that these days have been "borrowed from April.
Let's see what happens........

Glad you told us that as I bought some Wild Meadow flower seeds I was going to scatter somewere. I will leave them until second week off April.

I am assuming it is for all of England, I found out about it years ago from a book. I think it was taken from something The Folklore Society had compiled, back in 1936.
