| | | A Quiet Smile For A Gardener Just a quick thought.
Living in Scotland; my new house's garden gets eaten by Rabbits, my previous neighbour's garden used to get eaten by deer.
My uncle retired to Crete and his garden gets eaten by goats.
It makes me smile everytime. |

I did mention it to one of them and he suggested I feed them more chocolate spread and peanut sarnies....or at least put a bit of honey combe out for them from time to time!!

| | | Re: A Quiet Smile For A Gardener Sheep managed to get in my garden again this morning! I felt so bad trying to usher mum out with two so sweet suckling lambs. I don't think she has forgiven me yet. Though my little puss has made great friends once again....loves licking the lambs ears!

| | | Re: A Quiet Smile For A Gardener The Badgers dig holes to eat the worms. The squirrels bury peanuts. The foxes enjoy digging up every daffodil bulb I plant. The Badgers excavate my planted out tubs, but I don't see many slugs, or rats.
