Peas are quite fast-growing so you can set them until the end of this month - especiaslly if you gice them a start in pot ... For what it's worth, I always grow manegtout or sugarsnap peas - quicker to grow and less work in the kitchen!

You can also plant some varieties later in the year to overwinter and so get an early crop!

slugs & snails prefer sugarsnaps too........
