| | | Parakeet Painting This is my latest effort- first time I've painted a bird in quite a while!
It's intended for my parents for Christmas... they were quite taken with the photos I sent them of the parakeets in the back garden, so I thought I'd do a painting of one of them. I prefer working in oils, but since I needed this to dry in time it's in acrylics.

The colours, feel and just a good painting work for me as well, like the style free and uncluttered.
