As a wildlife lover, much of her work is of wildlife, particularly her linoprints and woodcarving (I'll bet that Grinling Gibbons would have baulked at carving a hedgehog or dandelion 'clock!) - and of course botanical drawing.

I've admired the stained glass work of hers in the past and have to just say I think your wife's woodcarving is wonderful and better than a lot I've found in UK cathedrals (which are a showcase for the best craftsmen of the time.) I hope she carries on with it, as I know it is a challenging and time consuming medium to work with. |
