No made it up as I went along, part of the tree is real enough but the rest is a place I could sit under and dream summer is on its way...all in the the mind, tis why I got lost in a few places, should have used the real tree that way I might have got a better image...as I said got lost with the direction of it all, but still gives me what I set out to do.
Thanks for the comments appreciated.

The tree is the failure in this, the bark is non existant on the tree as I could not do it with a scalple hence the ivy...that looks like some thing else..but I am happy with the outcome, the roots do work well but they are the most forgiving part to do.

Martin, you are very talented | Started with the fence then wondered what I could put in it, the tree came then the Fungi, but the ink caps and bonnets are barley visable, thats the problem with scratch boards you do loose a lot of definition.
Thanks for the comments.

I have never tried scratchboard, looks like an interesting technique.
I really like all the different elements, tis a nice composition...

Have a go, from any good craft shop but make sure the undercoat is not Silver ...far worse to scan.
Thanks for the comments, appreciated.
