As Loripo has asked earlier, photograph or art. For me...I like the image, it was a dull day no sun so you have to make the best of a bad day.
As for art.....yes it is!! if it has a little of ME in it by whatever means of media used I will call it a visual display of my feelings in an "Artistic" and creative way.

I think it is beautiful, and I wondered if the title was from a poem?
(Odd - I get ads for wind generators with this - how does it know!)

A very powerful image, some subjects just cry out for the monachrome treatment and this a very artistic example.

Thank you very much Dave, must say it was rather a dull day on the Broads so this was a way to achieve some credible image .
