Dead sea urchins body washed up on the shore, roughly drawn then inks used.
Well I think it is a sea urchins body!!!

Great drawing.
I think your subject is one of the "Heart Urchin" family, so called because the test (shell) looks heart shaped.
Yours looks like an Echinocardium cordatum (common name Sea-Potato).
