Another try with textures.Still hard work,but the hand is getting a little more free..  still a ways to go.

Martin | Loads of texture again with one Martin. .good usage of colours..giving this painting a 3D effect..I love it.

I will try to follow advice next time and leave some of the paper still white and not paint it all .

From both...I took some pictures from our recent trip to the Lakes and used them as a focal point for what I wanted.
