| | | Cross stitch owl. After a 'chat' with AnnMarie, I decided that I would post this cross stitch embroidery that I completed several years ago. I did it from a kit, no way could I plan and execute something this complex! I hope this is acceptable as an art form amongst so many talented artists. |

| | | Re: Cross stitch owl. Thanks for your kind comments. Yes, it did take some time to complete, about the equivalent of working 24/7 for a fortnight...you can put that in to hours if you want!
I do have a couple more which I will photograph in a few days. I may try to get a close up of the stitches so that those of you who don't know the technique can have an idea of what is involved.
