| | | Emperor Penguins (digital painting) This is nothing compared to the real paintings I've seen on here. I can't get the hang of painting, not that I've tried much.
I may have went overboard while doing the beak. Looking now it seems there should've been more black on it. Never mind, this was just a practise. The background is a bit odd… Needless to say I won't be trying anything with snow/ice for a while.
Here it is anyway, as long as someone enjoys it then I've succeeded. :P

It wasn't with 'Paint', I assume that's what you mean. I use a Macintosh with Photoshop and I also have a graphics tablet--essentially a pen and pad--with which I can use to draw straight into the computer. I feel useless without it.
Thanks again though. |

Thanks again though. | Sounds fascinating, I am absolutely hopeless at art..I have been trying to design my garden and draw some plants they just end up as big round blobs..I hope the finished garden looks better that in does on paper..lol. |

| | | Re: Emperor Penguins (digital painting) MVD, that is truely lovely, I like the background it looks very realistic. I have long wanted a tablet.. perhaps I will check them out again and try to do some stuff on the computor. You can see the feathers on your birds. Well done

| | | Re: Emperor Penguins (digital painting) Cheers Jaki.
I had wanted a tablet for a while as well. I only got mine the latter part of last year, but it has proven to be a worthwhile purchase.
I'll have to get back into using it, I've fallen behind a little. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
