Only ever seen one of these in flight.
Wish i could see one close up like this.
Please add kingfisher photos to this thread would love some more to paint.

Where are u bud im in Essex and my brother has King fishers in hiis back Garden, he has a moat around his house, id be willing to sit with you and watch them if you are close. |

| If you do a search in the Birds Gallery there are many there, some in flight. Find one that you like and ask the photographer if you might do a painting of it.
