I am feeling much better now I have had a change of painkillers and anti depressants also awaiting an appointment with a counselor. So hopefully you will see more of me in the future.
Well done Stirling what talent you have I envy it |
Glad you're ok!! I was wondering where you'd gone1 Sorry to hear about the depression, I get that frm time to time too, I find the best cure is to get out on my own into the countryside reminds you to see the bigger and more beautiful picture - something I'd have thought doubly soothing for you with your currently chaotic home!!
Hugs to you and hope things get smiley for you again soon |

as Gill says a good walk or peacefull moments sitting in the outdoors can help. For the first time in weeks I sat by a sett for hours the other night and in truth its the most relaxed (mentaly) i have been for a while. Hope you get better soon
Steve
