Ecological Consulting - new book

Just got a notification via Linkedin of a new publication that may be of use to some members, particualrly those wondering what skill sets are needed.

"How to become an Ecological Consultant" by Sue Searl. Her company apparently specialises in training courses for Ecologists.

A few more details on Amazon here

UK residents go to her website to order.

I have no connection with the book or company and have not seen the book myself. If anyone does get it I'd be interested in hearing what you thought of it.

Trying to review this book, I discovered it's not available on Amazon, and both those links lead to the same Linkedin site. This seems odd.

I've left the bare bones of the review and would appreciate a quick PM from anyone who can give me some information to add to what I've written.

Sue Searle is an eminent ecologist. I'm aware of her work with bats.

I don't think the US Amazon site delivers to the UK.

Amazon.com do deliver to the UK but the postage will cost half as much as the book in this case.

Ahh - didn't notice the original link I posted just went back to Linkedin. Looks like she wants to take all UK orders via here own company - use this link to get to the Acorn Ecology website shop.
