Hello is Tosca!!!
got this picture from a friend, from the USA,
I think he took this picture in a garden!!! I would love to know the name of this flowers!!! can anyone help me????

Hi Tosca. Your lovely flower is a Peony. There are many, many different kinds, mostly pink or red. They originally came from Asia and are now found in many gardens.
